Reports To: Production Manager
Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor oversees shift-wise production operations, ensuring adherence to production plans and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise machine operators and helpers.
- Execute daily/shift production plans.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance.
- Ensure material availability on shop floor.
- Maintain shift-wise production, rejection, and downtime records.
- Maintain safety and 5S on production floor.
- Conduct regular in-process quality checks.

- Train workers and ensure SOP compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- 5 To 10 years manufacturing experience.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
