The Accounts and Finance Manager will oversee the financial and accounting activities of the organization. Key responsibilities include managing financial operations, compliance with regulations, preparing financial statements, managing audits, overseeing budgets, and driving financial strategies to align with organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective cost management.

Mandatory Qualifications

• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory
• Experience with Managing NBFC-related regulatory requirements
