The opportunity : Assistant Manager-CHS-Assurance-Audit Services - Pune

CHS consists of Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors. 

Consumer products largely entail, Retail and Agri business. Companies in this sector meet the demands of consumers all around the world, every day; providing everything from agricultural crops to food, clothes, durables and retail experiences. We help clients to capture new sources of profitable growth, rethinking how and where they bring value to consumers, today and into the future. Incumbents need to shift their focus from defending what they have to creating what they need to become.

The Health Sciences & Wellness architecture brings together a worldwide network of professionals to build data-centric approaches to customer engagement and improved outcomes. To retain relevancy in today’s digitally focused, data-infused ecosystem, all participants in the sector must rethink their business practices, including capital strategy, partnering and the creation of patient-centric operating models.

Assurance :

The team is reponsible for managing data and risk by performing analytics which then helps clients in driving decisions and performance. The scope of work includes: 

•    Data Management : Involves assessing readiness of data for analytics and managing data to enable future analytics and reporting

•    Descriptive / Diagnostic Analytics : Involves mining past data to report, visualize and apprehend what has already happened – after the fact or in real-time

•    Predictive Analytics : Leverages past data to apprehend the underlying relationship between data inputs and outputs to apprehend why something happened and to anticipate what will happen in the      future

•    Emerging Technologies : use emerging technologies such as ML & AI, process mining, custom automated techniques to address audit risks 

This is done using various tools like tableau, power BI, python, visual studio, Ms SQL server etc through three key processes i.e. Audit analytic tools, Custom analytics and Audit enablement & automations.
