Description

Duties

  • Income Tax Litigation and Representation
  • Attending to the assessment and appellate proceedings of various clients
  • Attending to the penalty and stay proceedings
  • Attending to various tax notices received by the clients
  • Preparing tax status report
     

Required Candidate profile

  • Technically sound and well versed with provisions of Income-tax Act & other relevant Acts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and drafting skill
  • Should be self-driven and highly motivated
