Description
About The Unit
- Participate in designing and building data pipelines to collect, manage and store data across different solutions and tools where the data resides for the YAA teams.
- Monitor, manage and maintain data pipelines as part of the day-to-day data operations.
- Build data mart tables for various use cases by working with the different data consumers like analysts and product teams.
- Implement data quality checks by working with analysts.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages – Preferably in python
- Have a growth mindset.
- Good understanding of data modeling and able to write SQL queries.
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Basic understanding of our tools: AWS, Git, Jenkins, Jira, Docker.
- Strong personal/professional interest in the LSM segments (developing countries, low-income markets, etc.) and agriculture in general.
- Aligned with our principles: agile, customer-centric, lean, service-oriented architecture, self-organization, transparency.
