- Well versed in transitioning high-volume F&A transactional business from US to India and must have proven experience in achieve successful outcome.
- Experienced in setting up Shared Services in a typical BPO offshore model in India with Cost, Quality and Utilization as primary metrics.
- Must have solid experience with traditional transactional accounting functions (AR, AP, GA).
- Must have built large teams (50+ FTEs or close to it) in a typical BPO offshore model handling high-volume transactions.
- Recruitment, development, and career planning of the staff under her or his responsibility
- Support the different Business Unit (BU) Managers in all aspects related to corporate governance and Eurofins policies
- Drive process improvements and automation, implement standard processes and systems, in close collaboration and alignment with the Group Finance function
- Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly closings and reporting
- Implement the Group’s procedures and enforce adherence
- Manage internal and external auditors
- Coordinate efforts with the Eurofins National Division Service Centers (NDSC)
- Manage budget reforecasting processes when required
- Perform analysis on revenues and expenses
- Implement adequate internal controls
- Monitor and report financial and operational performance and compliance terms to ensure that appropriate management systems are in place.
- Oversee banking and reconciliation activities with NSC. This will include revenue recognition, P&L closing processes and financial audits
- Plan, develop and implement complex financial and other administrative strategies to support organizational programs
- Work with team to assess operations costs and develop strategies with the executive leaders to improve operations
- Support the implementation and monitor application of Group Finance Procedures
- Participate in Group Finance Projects
- Support the identification and implementation of Best Practices
- Bachelors degree and a minimum of 7 years related management experience in finance and accounting. CA or MBA and/or CPA are strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, local GAAP, and IFRS
- Experience in financial management, strategic planning, budget analysis and development, and account management.
- Experience in automating high volume transactional activities using RPA is highly desired.
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management including analysis, planning and organizing and implementing of new programs
- Experience in F&PA is NOT essential for this role.
