Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will support the day-to-day operational activities of the real estate business, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational skills, multilingual communication, and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operational activities across sales, leasing, and property management teams
- Act as a point of contact between management, agents, clients, and external partners
- Prepare, review, and follow up on operational documents, contracts, and reports
- Support transaction processes to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Maintain and update records, databases, and operational trackers
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and appointments as required
- Assist with compliance, approvals, and internal procedures
- Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements
- Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience preferred
- Fluent in Arabic, English, and Russian (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license and own car is mandatory
