Senior Process Consultant (Banking Domain With BPM Tools Experience Is MUST )

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Consultant with strong expertise in the banking domain to support large-scale transformation initiatives. The role focuses on process design, analysis, and optimization for complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring consulting or in-house experience, leverage BPM tools such as ARIS or Signavio, and actively facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive process improvements.

Core Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in process analysis, process reengineering, or process consulting, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with ARIS, Signavio, or other BPM tools

• Proven ability to run and facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in large, complex global enterprises or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured process solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process analysis, process reengineering, and process design initiatives within banking and financial services environments.
• Use BPM tools (ARIS, Signavio, or similar) to document, model, and optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Facilitate process workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and validate process designs.
• Work closely with business, operations, IT, and transformation teams to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
