Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Kozhikode, involves overseeing and driving business development for HAIMS VENTURES LLP. The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, lead negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company goals. Responsibilities also include market analysis, developing strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Market Research, Strategy Development, and Analytical Skills
- Experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Revenue Growth
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Understanding of the industry and adaptability to business dynamics
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience with business development in a relevant sector is an advantage
