To address this issue, IITian couple Manish and Rashi Gupta founded Rezos AI-Powered CX Cloud for Enterprises 2018 to help businesses avoid customer churn and boost revenue without incurring financial costs by providing 24x7 real-time responses to customer inquiries with minimal human interaction.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Finance & Accounting is a leadership role within an organization responsible for overseeing and managing the Strategic financial Management.


Financial Control, Planning and Analysis: Managing financial control functions within the organization. Develop and execute financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

Fund Management: Overseeing the financial aspects of investment funds, including strategic planning, asset allocation, risk management, portfolio analysis, and performance evaluation. Work closely with Leadership & other stakeholders to optimize the funds financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Risk Management: Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Monitor internal controls and compliance with financial regulations. Develop and maintain effective internal audit processes.

Financial Strategy: Collaborate with executive management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide guidance and recommendations on financial matters to support business growth and profitability.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals. Set performance objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and development opportunities.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Provide financial expertise and support during negotiations and business transactions.


Education: A bachelors/masters degree in finance, or a related field.

Experience: 9-12 Years of progressively responsible experience in finance roles, including managerial experience. Experience in a leadership role within a similar-sized organization is beneficial.

Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, accounting principles, and reporting standards. Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, analyze complex financial data, and make informed decisions. Strong business acumen to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting requirements, and compliance frameworks. Experience in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls.

Integrity and Ethical Standards: Demonstrated ethical conduct and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
