BCM will be responsible for driving the Business Travel business through Bank Branches. This will be part of the Corporate Forex Card Segment and report into RSM - Corporate. Approach for growing the Business: Tapping the CA clientele-BCM will be responsible growing the Fx Card business through CA clients. Segmental Focus:The BCM will be engaging with the cross- functional teams like, CBG, Corporate Salary, WBG for onboarding their clients for Fx Card business. NTB Clients:The BCM will have focused approach for onboarding the NTB (completely new to Bank) corporates, as these corporates cant be onboarded under Corporate Channel. Strategical alignment:BCM shall be working in close coordination with RSM and Head- Corporate sales and therefore will be better aligned to grow the business focussing corporate Fx. | |||||

1. Responsible for driving Forex Card Volumes through Corporates tie Ups at the branches 2. Onboarding of new Corporates for Forex Card business and deepening through ETB corporates 3. Responsible for sourcing Forex Card business under Direct Debit leveraging strong corporate base of branches 4. Drive Forex business through Branch Banking, Corporate Salary, Commercial Banking group and Liability Sales of the Bank 5. To meet the sales targets in terms of income generation across from Fx Cards 6.Working closely with all branches to generate leads for corporates and empaneling them to support & increase the business volumes. 7. Responsible for onboarding labels for Corporate Salary and direct sourcing of SA accounts for augmenting SA balances | |||||

Expected qualification for this role is: Graduate / Post Graduation in any field Minimum 5 years of experience in BFSI / Corporate Acquisition | |||||
| Role Proficiencies: | |||||
Exposure in Channel Management, relationship management or corporate sales or similar role is preferred. Good communication skills Able to multitask and possess decision making skills |
