About Retail Credit
The Retail Credit & SBB department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all retail & SBB products of the Bank. It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes
About the Role
Relationship officer manages Legal and Technical activities. Monitors the vendor activities.
Key Responsibilities
.Managing and monitoring legal and technical initiations to vendor, follow up, co-ordination for query resolution & report acceptance.
.Managing Legal & Technical vendor empanelment, monitoring of vendors.
.Co-ordination with vendors & Centralized billing team for timely bill processing, collection of No Dues Certificates from vendors for the respective CPC/Area offices.
.Initiation of legal & technical deviation if any to the approving authority / TM/RTM/RLM/ACM/RCM.
.Training to sourcing team on new changes, legal & technical checklist etc.
.Completion of various post disbursement activities like asset verification, legal audit, valuation of NPA cases.

.Graduate / Post- Graduation (MBA, M.com)
.Experience in legal & technical activity & credit activities.
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess:
.Knowledge of credit, legal, technical, industry and product trends
.Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
.Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
