Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Central Reservation Executive - Telesales. The Central Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes selling Ana Hotels And Resorts services via telephone calls, providing detailed information about our offerings, and effectively resolving customer issues.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
