Senior Financial Analyst - Strategic Investments

What role you will play in team:You'll work within our strategic investments team evaluating potential acquisitions, investments, and financial partnerships.

What you will do:You'll conduct financial due diligence, build valuation models, and support deal execution for new business ventures.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior management.

• Monitor the performance of existing investments.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proven experience in due diligence and transaction execution.
