Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Officer at BankBazaar India, located in Chennai. The Telesales Officer will handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively promote BankBazaars financial products, including co-branded credit cards. Responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, addressing queries, ensuring excellent service, meeting sales targets, and providing support to optimize customer satisfaction and conversions.
Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Service and Communication, with fluency in Hindi and the ability to engage professionally with diverse clients.
• Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to achieve targets and efficiently promote products.
