Product Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Senior Product Specialist Neurosurgery & Maxillofacial products to join our team at Bayan Medical Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Sales and Marketing of Neurosurgical Products and Consumables.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Specialize in sales of neurosurgery products.
• Establish and implement sales objectives and goals.
• Consistently achieves and exceeds Annual Sales Targets by planning, organizing and managing all sales activities.
• 
  Foster and nurture strategic relationships with surgeons and hospital purchasing personnel.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations to Surgeons and medical staff.
• Track and analyze competitor activities and products.
• Explore markets in order to identify new sales leads, opportunities and industry trends.
• Represent the company and engage with industry professional at Medical Conferences and other events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field i.e. Biomedical Medical Engineer, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology etc.
• 3-5years of sales experience related to Surgical products.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in the UAE market is mandatory.
• UAE Driving License is a must.
