As an office administrator, you will be the central point of contact for office related day to day requirements. You will have to be deadline driven, proactive, self-starter, dedicated and balance multiple tasks simultaneously, to ensure office supplies and atmosphere is up to the mark as well as per standard operating procedures.

In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate office activities and operations efficiently with compliance to company policies.
  • Assist facilities manager in vendor management.
  • Provide administrative support to the office employees.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Submit timely reports, such as in process/pending tasks and prepare proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/employee.
  • Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Perform other relevant duties when needed.
  • Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors regarding in process/pending tasks.
  • Report and rectify any maintenance if required.

Requirements
  • Minimum of secondary education. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • Well familiar with requirements i.e., having significant compliance with required and expected performance, vendor & subcontracts and facilities management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Result oriented completion of tasks.
  • Bookkeeping.
  • Team player.
  • Confident.
  • To-do nature.
  • Proactive.
