About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Antara Jewellery. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in jewelry sales or retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have a strong understanding of jewelry products, current market trends, and customer preferences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a professional appearance, and a customer-centric attitude are essential. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, with additional regional language skills being an advantage.

  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
