Senior Planning Engineer (Luxury Villa Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed project programs in accordance with the approved project scope of work.
• Establish and manage baseline schedules, including work breakdown structures and activity sequencing.
• Ensure timely preparation of charts, schedules, and diagrams required for reports, indicating planned, actual, and forecast progress.
• Analyze project progress, achievements, and delays, and assess their impact on the remaining scope of work.
• Prepare clear narratives for weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Attend and lead regular progress meetings with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure works are executed in line with the approved program.
• Coordinate closely with Operation Manager and Quantity Surveyor to track project performance against the baseline schedule.

• Identify potential areas of delay, highlight critical activities, and propose mitigation and recovery measures during progress meetings.
• Monitor procurement activities and long-lead items to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Review subcontractor schedules and progress updates.
• Update project programs and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Support in preparing any planning documentation required by the Operation Department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 810 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, with proven experience in Dubai.

• Strong experience in luxury villas and high-end residential projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in landscape, interior fit-out, and civil works is an advantage.
• Strong focus on project delivery and schedule control.
• Team player with strong coordination and interfacing skills.
