Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for an Account Manager / Social Media Specialist. The role involves managing client relationships, Craft creative briefs, developing social media content strategies and optimizing social media channels. You will oversee communication with clients, ensure prompt project delivery, coordinate with internal teams, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to achieving client marketing and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Writing for effective client interaction and creation of engaging content.
• Arabic speaking is a must

  Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies that align with business goals and audience engagement.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Understanding of the latest trends in social media platforms and tools.
• Prior experience in account management within a marketing, PR, or advertising agency is preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics tools to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
