Key responsibilities

• Invoicing and billing:
• Generating, verifying, and distributing invoices to customers accurately and on time.
• Payment processing

• Recording and reconciling customer payments, applying them to the correct accounts, and performing daily cash management tasks like posting deposits.
• Collections:
• Monitoring accounts receivable, contacting customers with past-due accounts, and implementing collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances.
• Customer service:
• Handling customer inquiries about billing issues, resolving payment disputes, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Record keeping:
• Maintaining accurate customer accounts, updating the accounts receivable ledger, and organizing financial records.
• Reporting

• Preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable, such as aging reports, and reconciling the AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
• Dispute resolution:
