MIS Analytics And Strategy Executive

• Job Purpose:
  

This role will be responsible to ensure that the Key reports for the supply chain team is addressed. The candidate should be conversant in making Dashboards in Power BI, Excel. They should be comfortable working with large data sets, should be able to optimize reports so that data can be projected smoothly and with a fast turn around time. This role also requires the person to support business with supply chain operations such as allocation planning of minor categories.

• Generation of long term plans and setup network to optimize the Supply Chain KPIs
• 
  Automation of reports to reduce dependence on manual activity.
• Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of network planning systems and associated master database
• Generations of Supply Chain analytics reports and insights to help business take decisions.
• Help business with data for insights to key capacity increase/location decions basis data.
• Conversant with SAP ERP as SAP data is the source of most of the report
• Should be an expert with Power BI, SQl and advanced Excel

• Design develop and maintain end to end Power BI dashboards using SAP IBP

• Ensure Dashboards clearly represent Plannning KPIs
• Own Dashboard lifecycle- from requirement gathering, development, Uat, enhancement
  

Data Accuracy, Validation & Governance

• Perform regular data validation checks between SAP and Power Bi outputs
• Flag sata inconsistencies and work with Planning/IT teams for resolution
  

Business Insights

• Convert Raw SAP data into actionable insights
• Highlight Exceptions
• Support management reviews with commentary, trends, and RCA
