Location: Noida Sector 62, India | Full-Time, On Site
Biz Emporia is expanding, and were looking for a Business Development Executive who knows how to generate opportunities through strategic LinkedIn outreach and high-performing email campaigns.
What youll do:
1. Identify, research, and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn Sales Navigator & email outreach
2. Plan and execute cold email and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
3. Build and manage prospect databases with accurate segmentation
4. Personalize outreach messages based on industry, brand, and pain points
5. Schedule meetings and qualify leads for the sales team
6. Track outreach performance, response rates, and conversions
7. Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine messaging
