About The Role
The
Digital Account Manager
plays a pivotal role within our company, joining our highly talented Client Services Department. Drawing from experience in a digital marketing background, you will be client-focused and have the ability to plan, implement and manage workflow and communicate our industry-leading solutions to our clients.

Ideally, Were Looking For
Someone who has had hands on digital marketing experience across PPC, SEO, Socials, Email Marketing and/or Web BuildsSomeone who is fluent in digital marketing results and strategies. As an example you will be able to confidently pull together a digital marketing report or strategy and present it confidently to a room of clients.Demonstrated experience in mentoring junior team members in areas of digital marketingA proactive team player who isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves and help with all areas of the businessExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailA positive attitude and a proactive mindsetSomeone who can hit the ground running and can work well in a high pressure agency environmentHave prior experience in a relevant field. I.e. business, marketing, economics, communication or advertisingA deep understanding of business/advertising/marketingDemonstrated experience providing exceptional client/customer service, ideally in a role that requires relationship management
What your day will look like:Managing a defined portfolio of client activity including paid media campaigns, SEO strategies, web builds and social media management services alongside an inhouse team of dedicated analystsOwning and pursuing proactive, rather than reactive, client service opportunities to surprise and delight clients on a sustained basisWorking with the junior client team members, creative, marketing and technology teams to execute work product including SEO, SEM, social, web, automation and design projectsManaging client comms and re-signings and scopings to achieve targeted portfolio growth (no new business sales, just existing business)
