As a Business/Sales Development Representative (BDR/SDR)youll be responsible for generating new sales leads. This is an amazing opportunity to come in and work with a very young team - average age 28 - to develop and execute a lead generation strategy for increasing the revenue of our agency and our clients. You will have the opportunity to learn a lot about sales, marketing, and the world of startups in general.
Your role will mainly be a BDR/SDR function. As we are a small team, you will be exposed to every part of the sales process and you will have the opportunity to work on sales pipelines from day 1.
Who We Are
Founded by a content creator and designer and a Forbes under 30, Bob and Claire is a communications agency specialized in social media, content production, and digital marketing for hospitality, furniture and design.
The agency helps finest brands tell their stories: our clients include furniture and design brands, boutique hotels, wineries, and Michelin-starred restaurants.
We also support a few clients in their outbound efforts: for instance, we have an architecture studio whos working with real estate developers globally, and youll be supporting on finding leads in different countries.
What Will You Do
- Generate new opportunities for the sales team, through market analysis, segmentation and prospecting of different target customers;
- Use LinkedIn and other industry-specific platforms to prepare lists of potential customers to contact via email and other marketing techniques;
- Manage the entire lead generation process, from collecting contact data to sending the first email;
- Working collaboratively with other Sales Representatives within the Team to grow pipelines.
What will you learn
- How to structure and manage a sales pipeline within a CRM;
- How to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to build a database of qualified prospects;
- How to use web scraping tools and techniques to collect contact data at scale;
- The power of Chrome extensions and how to multiply your 24 hours by doing twice as much in a single day.
- How to analyze a brands performance online and how to identify possible areas for improvement and optimization, including how to evaluate if a lead is qualified or not.

This position is open to both fresh graduates with no previous experience and junior and mid professionals who have already had some experiences on the field. Previous experience in lead generation and/or business/sales development is of course appreciated (so if you have it, please highlight it) but not a must have.

The Long Term
We are cool if youre not our Business Development Representative forever, but we want someone who will do this job happily and with great focus for at least 12-24 months. If you perform well, we would love to promote you within our Sales Team.
