Senior Executive - Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

1) Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance against key performance indicators.
• Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

2) Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for audits and assessments.

3) Bookkeeping and Accounting:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

4)Taxation:

• Overseeing and filing of various tax returns, including GST, income tax, and any other applicable taxes.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Complying to the regulations of FEMA and other regulations for FDI investment.

5) Financial Reporting:

• Coordinate with the agency for timely and accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

6) Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to perform Financial Analysis
• Knowledge of Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or relevant certification preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
