Job Summary:

The Strategy Analytics Senior Specialist will support senior and executive leaders in business strategy and development functions by providing actionable insights around broader portfolio themes to help shape strategic decisions.
This role will identify emerging trends, opportunities, and insights providing internal partners a thorough understanding of transactional trends, profitability levers, macro-economic outlook, brand specific challenges, and business capability with its impact on the consumer.
The Senior Specialist will anticipate emerging needs and unarticulated questions, and synthesize information into a cohesive story.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide and influence senior and executive leaders with broad insights around key business questions and coordinate with relevant partners to ensure complete and holistic perspectives.
- The key areas supported include earnings call, investor relations, credit management strategies, proof points around new product launches, etc.(30%).
- Be a trusted advisor to senior and executive leaders, anticipate business needs, formulate analytical problems, and effectively communicate to various levels within the organization.
- Anticipate emerging needs, connect different parts of the organization, synthesize information into a cohesive story, and lead the delivery of insights and recommendations that drive action.(30%).
- Support the business strategy leader with strategic analytical needs such as market and vertical assessments, broad customer profiles and behaviors, and capability assessments and able to link external factors and macroeconomic variables to business performance.(20%).
- Provide assessments of performance inclusive of verticals, markets, capabilities, and customer segments.
- Deliver quantitative recommendations that influence action throughout business strategy, client partnerships, and other key stakeholders.(20%).
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, economics, finance, marketing, or business, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience.
- 12+ years of experience in data analytics, including customer, credit, risk, financial, marketing analytics, or similar function.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, economics, finance, marketing, or business, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience.
