Position: Operations Manager

Overall Mission
To lead and manage the Operations Department with high efficiency, productivity, and
accountabilityensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest
quality standards, while maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the Managing Director in
strategic and operational execution.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering or relevant discipline preferred)
Proven experience in Operations Management / Business Management
Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
Strong experience managing multi-department operations and projects
Experience in Events & Exhibition Industry is preferred
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will run the operations department like clockwork, overseeing end-to-
end project delivery while enforcing company procedures, improving workflows, coordinating
across departments, and ensuring operational excellence in line with management direction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all operational departments including:
Design, Procurement, Development, Customer Service, Technical, Production,
Installation
Oversee full project lifecycle from handover meeting to successful completion
Ensure all projects are delivered:
- On time
- Within budget
- With maximum quality and client satisfaction
Enforce company processes, procedures, and code of conduct consistently
Monitor and control timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Proactively prevent issues before they occur
Coordinate and orchestrate cooperation between departments
Lead, supervise, and motivate operations teams and coordinators (goaltaskdeadline
approach)
Conduct regular internal and client meetings to track progress and gather requirements
Prepare and present reports, analysis, and presentations to the Managing Director
Participate in management meetings and implement management decisions

Analyze performance data and present findings to senior management
Review company structure, identify weak points, and propose improvements
Conduct HR market research and provide recruitment recommendations for operations
Evaluate systems, workflows, and resources and suggest enhancements or replacements
