B2B Campaigns & Growth Marketing
Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for how C5is marketing engine drives demand across campaigns, email, LinkedIn and SEO.
You will design the campaign strategy, coordinate execution teams, and continuously improve how leads and pipeline are generated.

This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has 25 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing or growth
- Understands:
- Email marketing
- LinkedIn ads
- Funnels and demand generation
- SEO
- Is comfortable with AI tools and modern marketing tech
- Thinks in terms of experiments, results and iteration
MBA grads or early-career growth marketers who are hands-on with AI and digital tools are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Orchestration (Core Area)
- Own planning and execution of:
- ABM (Account-based campaigns)
- Industry and vertical GTM programs
- Product & IP launches
- Partner marketing
- Ongoing engagement programs (newsletters, gifting campaigns, event follow-ups, etc.)
- Translate:
- Sales priorities
- Product launches
- Event calendars
- into clear, structured campaign plans
You will own campaign outcomes while partnering with specialists across content, design and media.
2. Email, LinkedIn & Paid Growth
- Own the performance of:
- Email marketing
- LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns
- Work closely with:
Content creators, Designers, Ad specialists to ensure: Messaging, Targeting, Budgets, Funnels are set up for success
Hands-on experience with these channels is a big plus, but ownership of outcomes is what matters.

3. SEO, Research & Content Direction
- Own the SEO and keyword roadmap
- Work with content teams to ensure:
- Articles
- Landing pages
- Campaign assets
- support growth goals
- Use research and competitive insights to decide what to promote and where
4. AI-Enabled Marketing & Tools
- Act as the AI-savvy marketing lead
- Use and explore tools for:
- Content generation (LLMs)
- Design
- Video & audio
- Campaign automation
- Continuously look for ways to:
- Save time
- Improve personalization
- Improve campaign performance
Experience with marketing automation and modern AI tools is a strong plus, along with a willingness to continuously experiment and learn.
