Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- CRM Data Management & Reporting Ensure CRM data accuracy and governance, build dashboards and reports (Power BI/Excel), and support CRM adoption and data discipline.
- Commercial Analytics & Insights Analyze sales performance, identify trends and gaps, and deliver data-driven insights, business cases, and leadership presentations.
- Market Intelligence Support Analyze internal and external data, develop standard templates, and combine sales and market data for opportunity and share-of-wallet analysis.
- Performance Tracking & Strategic Support Track commercial initiatives, measure value realization, and support ad-hoc analytics for pricing, segmentation, and performance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field; 48 years in commercial/business analytics.
- Strong Excel & Power BI skills with CRM experience (Salesforce/Oracle) for data and reporting.
- Commercial analytics expertise including pipeline, conversion, pricing strategies, profitability, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical rigor & business acumen with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across regions and functions, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
