Job Title - Sales ManagerAs a Sales Manager, you will contribute to the execution of our global sales strategy, focusing on delivering measurable results through a structured go-to-market approach. Requirements for the candidate· Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales · Established customer base and active client network · Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry · Proven experience handling African markets. (East, West or sub-Saharan Africa)· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. · Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Professional appearance and client-oriented approach · Excellent organizational and time management skills · Experience working with international clients and markets · Fluent in English, French highly preferred.· Based in Dubai or open to relocation.· Strong Background in B2B Sales, Distributor management and channel development.· Familiar with OEM and AAM positioning.· Willingness to travel across AfricaApply now!
