Project Manager (Fitout/Construction)Location: Dubai, UAESalary Range: 10,000 – 15,000 AED per monthBenefits: Company Car, Employment Visa, Medical InsuranceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager specializing in Fitout and Construction to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing interior fitout, refurbishment, or construction projects within the UAE, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of fitout/construction projects, including design, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress against milestones.
• Lead and supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
• 
  Prepare and review project documentation, including RFIs, method statements, progress reports, and variation orders.
• Ensure all projects adhere to UAE regulations, building codes, and health & safety guidelines.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain work standards.
• Manage project financials, including cost tracking, invoicing, and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Fitout and/or Construction within the UAE.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, from high-end residential/commercial fitouts to larger construction works.
• Strong knowledge of fitout materials, construction methodologies, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
