Account Manager - Warehouse Partner

Cargoz UAE is hiring an Account Manager Warehouse Partners to manage and govern our warehouse partner network across the UAE. This is a non-sales, operations-focused role responsible for partner performance, audits, SLA compliance, and long-term relationship management.

What You'll Do

Own and manage relationships with assigned warehouse partners across multiple storage types

Conduct regular on-site warehouse audits using standardized Cargoz checklists

1. Identify gaps and risks; define and track corrective action plans to closure
2. Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and partner escalations
3. Collaborate with CX, Ops, and Tech teams to resolve recurring partner issues
4. Maintain audit reports, scores, and partner performance trackers

What We're Looking For

Strong understanding of warehouse processes and service-level expectations

1. Prior experience in field-based roles involving site visits or audits
2. Confident communicator with the ability to enforce standards professionally
3. Strong observation, problem-solving, and attention to detail
4. Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
5. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
