Job Description
We're looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our customers and warehouse partners. This role is critical in ensuring smooth onboarding, high retention, disciplined collections, and recurring revenue growth. If you enjoy relationship-building, problem-solving, and driving outcomes across teams this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer and warehouse partner accounts end-to-end
- Ensure timely collections through structured follow-ups and resolution of overdue payments
- Lead onboarding and training for new customers and warehouse partners
- Proactively monitor account health and flag churn risks
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, reviews, and business discussions
- Drive recurring sales, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with escalations, on-ground, and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Proven ability in negotiation and collections handling
- Structured problem-solving with cross-functional coordination
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Excel reports
