Job Description
Hiring: Pre-Legal Executive / Manager (Non-Litigation)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 4 - 8 Years
Salary: Based on the Dept approval
- Handle pre-legal & non-litigation activities for real estate projects
- Legal due diligence & title scrutiny
- Draft and review agreements and legal documents
- Ensure RERA compliance
- Prepare legal notes and coordinate for CMD / management approvals

Requirements:
- LLB mandatory with active Bar Council registration
- Strong knowledge of RERA, Real Estate & Property Laws
- Experience in pre-legal, non-litigation roles
