Job Description
Seeking a Dynamic Account Manager for a Marketing-tech platform based out of Bengaluru.
Job Responsibilities
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
? Be the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Liaise with internal teams to meet challenging client requests and handle issue escalations as needed
? Generate new business with existing client accounts by extension of services, identification of new opportunities, and up-selling
? Timely and effective communication indicating status, progress and new initiatives to external and internal stakeholders.
? Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives while meeting company goals.
? Forecast and track key account metrics. Analyse and relay feedback on product and customer reactions to product and sales teams
Job Requirements
? Bachelors or masters degree

? 5+ years of total experience
? Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
? Experience in the Ad/Ad Tech industry will be an added advantage
? Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
? Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
? Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
? Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
