Job Description

Job Summary

ChefKart is looking for a detail-oriented Support Quality Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and improve service quality across operations. The role involves auditing processes, analyzing data, identifying gaps, and working closely with operations and support teams to ensure consistent service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate service quality across operations, customer interactions, and delivery processes
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks as per defined SOPs
  • Identify gaps, trends, and root causes impacting service quality
  • Prepare detailed quality reports, dashboards, and improvement insights
  • Work closely with operations, customer support, and training teams to implement corrective actions
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and company policies
  • Support training initiatives by sharing feedback and quality insights
  • Track performance metrics and help maintain quality benchmarks

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst / QA / Process Analyst (preferably in service, operations, or food-tech industry)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

    Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (reports, data analysis)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Knowledge of quality frameworks, SOPs, or audit processes is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, operations, or quality control roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or QA tools
  • Exposure to food-tech, logistics, or marketplace platforms

Job Location - Gurgaon, Sector 57 (Onsite)
