Blue Star Diamonds Pvt. Ltd, a luxury goods and jewelry manufacturer and retailer, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and strategies of the company. You will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to ensure the financial health and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance, accounting, and management, as well as knowledge of the luxury goods and jewelry industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Work with executive management to identify growth opportunities and efficiencies
• Oversee all accounting functions, including financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including tax and audit requirements
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive management and the Board of Directors
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks to ensure the financial stability of the company
• Manage the financial reporting process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Experience in the luxury goods and jewelry industry strongly preferred
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and mentor a team
