Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Category Head Modern Trade Large Format Institutional. The individual will manage and develop category strategies, build relationships with key accounts, and drive sales growth within the large format and institutional sectors. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting key business opportunities, overseeing the product inventory and sales strategies, and ensuring alignment of the categorys progress with organizational goals.

• Knowledge and expertise in sales, category management, and business development
• Experience in channel management, strategic planning, and driving revenue growth in the modern trade and large format retail sectors

  Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and build meaningful partnerships
• Proficiency in inventory management, forecasting, and data analysis
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in consumer electronics, audio, or home entertainment industries is preferred
• Minimum of a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
