About us

Cinemacity is a multi-site cinema & restaurant group delivering premium dining and curated film experiences across the UAE. We're looking for a hands?on Marketing & Brand Manager to run local performance marketing, brand strategy, and oversee brand stewardship for our venues.

You'll lead campaign execution and brand management to drive ticket and F&B revenue, produce on?brand content, manage community & influencer activity, and ensure a consistent guest experience across locations.

This is a hybrid creative/operational role reporting to the Brand Director and CEO.

Key responsibilities

- Plan & execute multi-channel campaigns (social, email/CRM, local activations, OOH) that drive bookings, footfall and F&B sales.

- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines; ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across venues and channels.

- Head creative direction with agency partners and/or in-house creatives.

- Own organic social channels, community engagement and influencer/KOL programs.

- Brief, manage and evaluate external agencies/freelancers for paid media, creative production and PR.

- Support paid media and CRM campaigns: audience segmentation, briefs, reporting and optimization.

- Train venue teams on campaign activation, upsell mechanics and brand standards.

- Monitor performance and report weekly/monthly.

- Support event, premiere and private-hire marketing activations.

Must-have qualifications & skills

- 5-8+ years marketing experience; hospitality, F&B or entertainment experience preferred.

- Strong content creation and campaign execution skills.

- Solid copywriting and creative briefing ability; hands-on with social/video formats.

- Excellent team and stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.

  • Experience with branding, graphic design, media and content production, loyalty/membership communications, local PR or events marketing.
  • Familiarity with POS/ticketing integrations and CRM platforms.

Salary Range

AED 12,00018,000/month, depending on experience.

Senior and top-of-band candidates are considered for additional incentives.
