We are hiring a Director of LLM Market Intelligence to lead research into how AI systemsincluding ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviewscite, position, and recommend brands.

The Mission

This leadership role focuses on the intersection of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Citation Intelligence, and Knowledge Graphs. You will guide research that explains why certain brands become the trusted answer while others remain absent from the generative ecosystem.

Key Research Areas

• AI Share of Voice: Measuring brand presence in AI-generated answers vs. competitors.
• Trusted Sources: Identifying the specific publishers and domains that LLMs prioritize.
  
• Citation Patterns: Analyzing how references shape authority and recommendation behavior.
• Knowledge Graph Influence: Studying how entity associations affect brand positioning.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Developing frameworks for competitive visibility in AI search.

What Youll Do

• Lead research into brand visibility across all major LLMs and generative search systems.
• Build measurement frameworks for AI Share of Voice and citation frequency.
• Collaborate with ML teams to track model behavior and source authority at scale.
• Publish industry-leading research on the future of LLM-driven market intelligence.

Who You Are

• Expert: 8+ years in market intelligence, AI research, data science, or info retrieval.
• Visionary: Deep understanding of how RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Knowledge Graphs are redefining brand discovery.
• Leader: Experience building analytical frameworks for complex, evolving data environments.
• Strategic: Ability to translate LLM behavior into practical Authority Platform Strategies.
