Responsibilities
At CleanHarbors, this role is crucial for driving the strategic direction of our Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) applications initiatives and ensuring the alignment of the business objectives with technology solutions. The role at Global Capability Center (GCC) is to work with the finance business functions to design solutions for bringing efficiencies in their complex functions. Leverage the latest Oracle Cloud features and functionalities to help build and deliver the applications that transcend todays digital world, fundamentally enabling change for the finance business functions. Lead the Oracle cloud finance application team members at GCC in delivering projects, enhancements and support engagements
Experience And Qualification

• Proven experience (12+ years) in financial systems implementation, with a focus on Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP (finance) applications and best practices applicable to finance operations and reporting aspects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) applications/modules is a plus.

• Experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud and other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting and compliance requirements.

• Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and strategy for Oracle Cloud Finance solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Solution Architecture: Design and architect comprehensive financial solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud applications, focusing on best practices and industry standards.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Cloud Finance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance business functions and IT to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep expertise/knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Projects, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections and Financial Reporting (FRS, Drills, SmartView, P&L etc.). Preferred knowledge on EPM Cloud applications. Preferred experience on reporting and analytics apps including FDI and OAC
• Innovation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the finance applications, leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities like Gen AI, RPA, etc.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of Oracle Cloud ERP solution architects and technical experts at GCC fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Change Management: Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes within the organization.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that solutions adhere to compliance standards and effectively manage Oracle Cloud ERP applications-level risks.
  

Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters, degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
