Job Description
Organisation: A well reputed MNC in Manufacturing sector
Position: Manager - HR Technology
Software- SAP Success factors (currently at implementation stage)
Location: Gurugram (work from office), 5 days working
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning is preferred but not mandatory. PMP certification also preferred
- To manage the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors. This role supports HR digital transformation by ensuring the system is effectively deployed and embraced by users. It ensures the technology delivers its intended value by aligning with business needs and enabling continuous improvement.
Job role:
SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Project Management:
- HR master data clean up, and preparation of golden client for SuccessFactors implementation.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams, IT, and external partners to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, testing, change management, and training during implementation phases.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR and SAP SuccessFactors consultants/vendors.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors for workforce planning and strategic decision making.
HR Data Management & Governance:
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of HR data across systems.
- Develop and enforce data quality standards, audits, and validation processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle data changes (e.g., onboarding, transfers, exits).

- Support statutory reporting, audits, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on HR technology initiatives.
Training & Change Management:
- Design and deliver training for HR and functional users.
- Drive user adoption and continuous learning for SAP SuccessFactors platform.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure HR data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant labour laws and internal policies.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, customizations, and configurations
