Business Development / Growth Associate (Experienced)

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced and result-oriented Business Development / Growth Professionals to drive enrollments, partnerships, and revenue growth for Clinilaunch and WILA. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech, Life Sciences training, corporate sales, or career-focused programs, along with strong communication skills and a go-getter mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive enrollments for Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Data, AI/ML, and Work-Integrated programs
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Counsel working professionals and graduates on suitable career pathways
  • Build trust-based relationships with learners, institutions, and corporate partners
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with marketing, academic, and placement teams for smooth learner onboarding
  • Provide market feedback to leadership on trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs
Required Skills & Experience
  • 17 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Enrollment, or Growth roles
  • Prior exposure to EdTech, Training Institutes, Life Sciences, or Skill Development preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities

  • Experience using CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards
Preferred Background
  • Life Sciences (Clinical Research, Pharmacy, Biotech, Healthcare)
  • Engineering / Technology / Management
  • Experience selling career-focused or upskilling programs is a strong advantage
