Role OverviewWe are hiring experienced and result-oriented Business Development / Growth Professionals to drive enrollments, partnerships, and revenue growth for Clinilaunch and WILA. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in EdTech, Life Sciences training, corporate sales, or career-focused programs, along with strong communication skills and a go-getter mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Drive enrollments for Clinical Research, Life Sciences, Data, AI/ML, and Work-Integrated programs
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Counsel working professionals and graduates on suitable career pathways
- Build trust-based relationships with learners, institutions, and corporate partners
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with marketing, academic, and placement teams for smooth learner onboarding
- Provide market feedback to leadership on trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs
- 17 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Enrollment, or Growth roles
- Prior exposure to EdTech, Training Institutes, Life Sciences, or Skill Development preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities
