Job Purpose
Responsible for Transport Logistics Intelligence activities for Noida and Pune plant, covering inbound and outbound transportation. The role focuses on data analytics, digital intelligence, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and continuous improvement to support efficient transport logistics operations. Carry out of governance activities for the range.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Driving automation and digitalization roadmap for the department to improve efficiency at workplace / productivity at logistics shopfloor
• Develop logistics shopfloor with automation tools /AI / i4.0
• To develop advanced analytics and interactive dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Responsibilities include building predictive models, creating Power BI reports, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Drive logistics digitization projects as per CNH local and global roadmap
• Analyze inbound and outbound transport data to drive cost, service, and efficiency improvements
  
• Translating business challenges into data-driven solutions, ensuring recommendations are practical and aligned with objectives.
• Supporting the implementation of new practices and processes/Communicating clearly to reduce resistance and ensure adoption
  

Experience Required
Essential Experience and Skills:

• Project management experience
• 8 to 10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analytics, or logistics intelligence
• Manufacturing / Automotive / Agricultural / Heavy equipment industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of outbound and inbound logistics operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced MS Excel; exposure to Power BI / analytics tools preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP / Oracle / TMS / ERP systems
• Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a plant environment
