Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of one platforms P&L- plan, execute, and track all growth levers.
- Maintain daily coordination and follow-ups with category/account managers to ensure listing visibility, inventory accuracy, and on-time PO generation.
- Plan and execute platform promotions, events, and campaign strategies in collaboration with internal marketing and operations teams.
- Conduct weekly business reviews (WBRs) to analyze sales performance, competitor trends, and pricing opportunities.
- Ensure all new launches, content updates, and visibility campaigns are executed flawlessly on time.
- Visit marketplace offices (Amazon, Flipkart, or quick commerce partners) to build strong working relationships and ensure brand priority.

- Collaborate closely with design, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate payout reconciliations.
- Track ROI on ads, discounts, and marketing spends specific to your platform.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, promotional mechanics, and category best practices.
