Country Finance Manager (Dubai, UAE)

A leading organisation in the logistics sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its Finance & Administration function at its Dubai head office. This senior role has full responsibility for financial operations, compliance, reporting, and alignment with Group policies, while supporting strategic decision-making at local and Group levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, AP/AR, payroll, cash management, and month/year-end close.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliations, and Group submissions.
  
• Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Oversee invoicing, receivables, collections, and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Lead process improvements and support senior management with financial analysis.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to the Country Director and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  Get Hired
  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years experience in finance roles with leadership exposure.
• International and/or logistics sector experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
• Fluency in English is essential.
