We are a recruitment agency partnering with reputable companies in Dubai. On behalf of our clients, we are hiring a Media Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel media strategies.

About the Role

The Media Specialist will play a key role in maximizing brand visibility and campaign performance across digital and traditional media channels. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on media execution to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement media plans aligned with marketing objectives
  • Manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Social Media, Google, Display, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and analytics
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure message consistency
  • Negotiate and manage media placements, budgets, and schedules
  • Analyze audience insights, media trends, and competitor activities
  • Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all media channels

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Media Specialist or Media Planner
  • Strong understanding of digital media platforms and advertising tools
  • Experience with media buying, planning, and performance tracking
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms
  • Knowledge of media analytics tools (GA, Ads Manager, DSPs)
  • Strong budgeting and optimization skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
