About the Role
We are seeking multiple results-driven Store Managers for our brands, Mom Store & US Polo, for our Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain stores. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on achieving targets, coaching teams to sell confidently, and customer conversion.
As a Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, lead from the sales floor, and inspire your team to consistently exceed KPIs while bringing the brand to life through instore and window VM displays.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Manage all day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and loss prevention.
- Liaise with brand team to ensure the correct products are available in your store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Team Leadership & Development
- Train, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Lead by example, creating a collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
- Set clear sales expectations and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Conduct regular feedback and coaching and manage underperformance.
Customer Experience
- Deliver a consistent, elevated customer experience.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and in line with brand standards.

- Own and deliver store sales targets, and KPI goals.
- Drive conversion, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT).
- Lead from the floor, actively selling, styling, and engaging with customers.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and trends to optimize store performance.
- Execute in-store promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of retail management experience, ideally with baby, specialty, or fashion retail/lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales analytics.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
