You will work with two fast-growing organizations:

EQTY LYFE A U.S.-based real estate and finance company focused on transforming equity, housing, and financial solutions through data-driven strategies.

Consultixs A financial research and advisory firm specializing in equity markets, strategic insights, and analytics.

Both companies actively build their brand presence through high-quality, consistent, and engaging content across digital platforms. As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in shaping brand communication, educating audiences, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

? Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.)

? Develop content related to finance, real estate, business insights, and company updates

? Write captions, posts, short articles, blogs, and basic marketing copies

? Assist in creating visual content ideas (reels, carousels, infographics) in collaboration with the design team

? Research industry trends and convert them into easy-to-understand content

? Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely publishing

? Coordinate with marketing, business development, and leadership teams for content alignment

? Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics

Candidate Profile:

? Creative, detail-oriented, and curious

? Strong written communication and storytelling skills

? Comfortable converting complex finance or business topics into simple content

? Self-motivated and capable of working independently

? Open to feedback and willing to learn fast

? Organized and consistent with deadlines

Requirements:

? Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in content creation or digital marketing

? Strong command of English (written and basic spoken)

? Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends

? Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools

? Onsite availability in Hyderabad

Preferred (Nice to Have):

? Internship or coursework in content writing, digital marketing, or media

? Exposure to finance, real estate, or startup ecosystems

? Basic understanding of SEO or content analytics

? Experience with short-form video ideas (Reels/Shorts)
